ASOA Submission Requirements

Track & Level: Select an education track and level (Introductory, Intermediate, Advanced)

Education Tracks

  • Business Operations
  • Coding & Billing
  • Human Resources
  • Leadership & Strategic Management
  • Marketing & Business Development
  • Risk Management & Compliance

Course Title: Max 10 words; clear, concise, no product/trade names

Course Description: Max 400 words; begin with “This course will…” and highlight topic, value, and takeaways

Learning Objectives: 2–3 measurable outcomes starting with “At the end of this course, attendees will be able to…

Target Audience: Briefly define who will benefit (role, experience level, practice type)

Presenters: All presenters and co-presenters must be included in the submission. The lead instructor is responsible for confirming co-presenter participation and ensuring they are aware of and meet all deadlines and requirements.
