ASOA education: The forum for practice management professionals and industry partners to share resources, strategies, solutions, and more. Earn your COE, CME, and AAPC credits when you register for ASOA programming.

Your single registration fee includes unlimited crossover access to over 1,300 ASCRS and ASOA educational presentations (CME- and COE-accredited). Two general sessions and ten knowledge pathways address all aspects of practice management. Access to vital networking opportunities including roundtable discussions, Consultants on Call meetings, interactive panels, the ASOA Networking and Engagement Lounge and entry to the Exhibit Hall – encompassing over 300 exhibiting companies – are also included.

Registration is open to members and nonmembers (premium rates apply).

ASOA Annual Meeting registration is required to register for the ASOA Pre-conference Deep Dive sessions, ASOA Optional Lunches and the COE Exam. Separate registration and fees apply for these programs.

Part 1: Creating an excellent service culture for patients begins with creating trust.
To create an experience that drives patient loyalty, an organization must offer consistently exceptional service to patients. Creating an organizational culture that will foster and sustain such a service culture begins by understanding the foundational business practices of The Ritz-Carlton, and how to leverage these processes in the healthcare industry. Throughout this journey, attendees will learn how service provider onboarding and empowerment drives an elevated patient experience.

Part 2: Service is the true brand differentiator, and authentic, personalized service is what drives customer loyalty.

ASOAnalytics User Group Workshop

10:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

The first ever half-day ASOAnalytics* User’s Group Workshop will provide subscribers an opportunity to learn how other practices are using ASOAnalytics to make changes that can improve practice performance.

Attendees will receive hands-on benchmarking instruction in the areas of “Calculating and Using Operating Efficiency” and “Using ASOAnalytics Staffing Benchmarks” and will have an opportunity to network with administrators from other practices that also use ASOAnalytics. Ample time will be provided to answer questions about how to interpret your practice results so attendees should complete all available ASOAnalytics surveys prior to the workshop and bring any specific questions with them.

Registration is FREE to staff** in practices with an ASOAnalytics subscription active through 05/31/2019. Lunch will be provided. Practices not yet subscribed, must first register for and subscribe to ASOAnalytics* (a $250 annual fee) in order to attend this session FREE of charge. You must be registered for the 2019 Annual Meeting in order to register.
*Use of ASOAnalytics is exclusive to U.S. domestic practices with an ASOA professional member or an ASCRS physician member.
**Staff is defined as the ASOAnalytics Account Administrator/main user and up to two additional ASOAnalytics users under the subscribed practice’s account. If more than 3 staff from any practice wish to attend, an additional $250 workshop fee per additional registrant will apply.
