Dr. Kevin Nourse is an executive coach, organizational development consultant, author, and speaker with over 20 years of experience developing resilient change leaders in the healthcare sector. Kevin conducted research on resilient leadership among managers in New Orleans impacted by Hurricane Katrina. He is currently on the faculty of the Fielding Graduate University Evidence Based Coaching program. Among his current and former clients are Abbott Pharmaceuticals, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, AstraZeneca, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Kaiser Permanente, and the National Cancer Institute. He is based on Palm Springs, CA. Beyond his work, Kevin’s passions include biking, flying trapeze, goat yoga, impressionist oil painting, and experiencing the beauty of the desert. He recently completed the 545-mile AIDS Life/Cycle bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
