Description
This video shall encourage a paradigm shift in the mindset of refractive surgeons especially when dealing with irregular and scarred corneas to shift their focus from topographical irregularities to treating the actual refraction. Additionally, we shall see examples of achieved 20/20 vision in these cases despite abnormal final topography. Thus surgeons need to focus on the refraction (the Man itself) and not the Topography (Reflection in the mirror).
