Course will discuss why advanced cataract surgery requires accurate planning, perfect execution, and impeccable refractive results. Course will present the current understanding and management of failing refractive results after femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, and multifocal and toric IOLs. Astigmatism correction is a key point for getting plano results after cataract surgery. The faculty will analyze planning and intraoperative errors and technical caveats.
