Description
Despite advances in refractive surgery, there is a subset of patients, unhappy post refractive surgery due to poor visual quality, dry eye. Various factors like patients personality, optics, ocular surface when managed at pre, intra & postop levels, can predict & modify the outcomes. Using retrospective case analysis, we propose a model to transform our results from 20/20 unhappy to 20/20 happy.
