Description
The advent of keratoprosthesis has provided a ray of hope to patients with repeated corneal graft failures. As more and more devices are being implanted, previously unrecognized challenges are arising. We describe the intraoperative challenges while performing cataract surgery with intraocular lens implantation in an eye with keratoprosthesis and the options for successful management of the same.
