2018 Exhibit Booth Types, Fees & Online Application

Linear Booth - – Linear booths are defined as a ten-foot by ten-foot space (10’ x 10’)
Inline 10 x 10 ft. booth: $3,400(per 10x10 space needed).
Corner 10 x 10 ft. booth: $3,500(per 10x10 space needed).

Booths requiring to be merged to equal sizes of 10x20, 10x30, 10x40, 10x50 or 10x60 will receive an updated invoice after the application is received. 

Island Booth – An island booth is defined as a having all sides exposed to an aisle
Island Booths are $35 per square foot

ASCRS Subspecialty Day Exhibits

ASCRS Refractive Day        ASCRS Glaucoma Day        Cornea Day

We are pleased to invite you to exhibit at the 2018 ASCRS Subspecialty Day programs on Friday, April 13, 2018.  

The ASCRS Subspecialty Day exhibit hall, open to all attendees of ASCRS Glaucoma Day, ASCRS Refractive Day and Cornea Day offers a unique opportunity for exhibitors to connect with the most important target market for your company’s products and services. These one-day educational programs attracted a combined total of over 2,200 ophthalmologists and healthcare professionals in 2017.

To become a part of this exhibit opportunity, please review the exhibitor prospectus and submit your booth application to Jamie Barbera, Exhibits Manager.


Public Entrances

There are four primary public entrances to the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. The entrance on Mt. Vernon Place, between 7th and 9th Streets NW is the main entrance. This is where taxi drop-off and pick-up occurs.

The Metro (subway) entrance is at the corner of M and 7th Streets, NW. The Green and Yellow subway lines stop at this exit, called the “Mt. Vernon Square/7th St/Convention Center” exit. Guests arriving via Metro can see the entrance to the center directly in front of them as they travel up the escalators exiting the Metro.
