8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Register | Attendee Limit: 100

Companies with engaged employees outperform the competition by as much as 202%, as reported by Gallup. Dale Carnegie understood all about the power of engagement in the workplace long before the term “employee engagement” became fashionable. He knew what Dale Carnegie’s latest research just confirmed.

Yet, even though we as individuals may place our best foot forward, conflict and other obstacles still exist in the work place. Conflict situations are frequently complicated and difficult to resolve. By yourself, you may have limited capacity for dealing with the many issues that might be involved. By collaborating with others within and outside of your organization, you can access the experience, expertise, creativity, and values of other professionals to bring more success to yourself, and others.

This session is recommended for employees at all levels who seek to maximize their performance, become stronger leaders and add more value to the organization. Talking points include:

  • Conflict to Collaboration
  • Dealing with Difficult Team Members
  • Communicate with Diplomacy & Tact
  • Team Building Basics
  • Balance Work and Life
  • Communicating Across Generations
