Course Description
The course director serves as Residency Director at a large university program and has been a visiting professor at 25 international programs as has trained over 180 residents and fellows in cataract and refractive surgery. Pearls from 25 years as a teaching ophthalmologist will be shared along with a discussion including a panel of former and current residents and fellows who will share their perspective on what works best learning surgery.
