Course Description
This course will explore when and how to utilize intraoperative optical coherence tomography (iOCT) to optimize surgical success and reduce complications in DMEK, DSAEK, and DALK. Through case-based surgical videos, experienced surgeons will share tips on DMEK tissue orientation, techniques to assess and achieve DMEK/DSAEK graft attachment, and attaining a big bubble, performing a manual dissection, and salvaging a perforation in DALK surgery.

Educational Objective
Through this course, the learner will learn when and how to utilize intraoperative OCT to improve surgical success in lamellar keratoplasty.
