After many attempts to suture the second haptic, because of the size of the non responsive pupil and rescuing it a couple of times from the vitreous, the strategic use of a 10.0 straight Prolene needle was able to stabilize and secure the lens over the pupil while the suture was being done in a patient without capsular bag during a Penetrating Keratoplasty.
