A complex pseudoexfoliation glaucoma case with IOP of 45 and a mobile dense cataract. A vitrectomy infusion port was placed to stabilize the lens so I could create the Capsullorhexis then place capsule hooks for support during phacoemulsification. I removed the capsular bag using the vitrector and fixated a CT Lucia lens using the Yamane technique. This patient achieved 20/25 vision.
