A 33 year old female history of blurred vision in the RE since few months & cataract. She was operated for phakic IOL 6 years ago for a refractive error -18.0-1.0 cyl @ 170 deg .We did IOL master & operated for a FLACS. The challenge was to do the phacoemulsification below the Phakic IOL and then remove the Phakic IOL & complete the irrigation & aspiration & IOL implantation.
