We present the surgical technique for the use of a Tenon's cyst autograft for the surgical repair of tube exposure in eyes that have undergone Ahmed Glaucoma Valve implantation. The patch autograft is technically easy to harvest, represents a significantly lower cost when compared to other available options, and may promote healing with lower immune response, decreasing risk of subsequent erosions.
