Performing phacoemulsefication on such cases can be a nightmare to even the most experienced surgeons. The chances of having ZD, PCR and nucleus drop is high. Here I’m describing a new technique where in I use an IOL and miLOOP combined, for performing a safe surgery. This new technique will be less stressful to the bag complex and most importantly to the surgeon as well.
