The evolution of the fluid system in cataract surgery is remarkable. We presented a novel method for observation of the anterior chamber using slit lamp “ slit side view” in 2017 and 2019 ASCRS. In this time, we visualized the relationship between changes in intraocular pressure and the anterior chamber depth. Usefulness of the new handpiece was also verified.
