Cataract surgery, one of the most fulfilling surgeries, but for unforseen mishappenings on table.This video presents exactly such a scenario where in a relatively uncomplicated surgery invites trouble during the multipiece IOL implantation.The leading haptic breaks leading to a situation where explantation was imminent.The situation changes when the same IOL haptic is repaired insitu and implanted.
