This presentation reviews the reasons for and methods to correct wrong power IOL. Non-surgical methods are spectacles and contact lens wear. Surgical means include laser Refractive surgery, piggyback IOLs and IOL exchange. Toric IOLs may be repositioned with the aid of Astigmatismfix.com and aberrometry. Patient counseling is essential.
